The details of each project are agreed in its proposal and agreement before work begins.
Scope and fees
We propose an approach and fee after understanding the goal, context and work required. The proposal sets out the work, outputs, timing, responsibilities and payment terms for consideration before an engagement begins.
Developing the work together
SE Ocean thinks, designs and builds plans, initiatives, tools or systems within the agreed scope. Clients contribute information, involve relevant people and make business decisions. Technical responsibilities and specialist contributions are agreed for each project.
Reviews and changes
Review points and acceptance criteria are agreed before starting. If the question or work changes, we consider the effects on timing and cost together before doing additional work.
Information, rights and handover
We agree necessary information, confidentiality, rights in the work and third-party components, together with files, guidance, system care and any ongoing services relevant to the project.
Starting a conversation
An enquiry begins a shared understanding of the question. We consider fit and availability together before proposing and agreeing work. Areas that need specialist expertise are identified in the conversation.
