Learning shaped around the team

Before learning

Understand the goal, participants and real situations the organisation wants to work through.

During learning

Examine examples, practise questions or tools and work with the team’s own context.

Putting it to use

Identify what the team will use next and the questions it should return to review.

We agree the topic, audience, format and learning rhythm, then propose the approach and fee. You do not need to choose a predefined course before the conversation.

Before shaping learning for your team

Start with the participants and the work they will apply it to.

Can the topics be adapted to our organisation?

Yes. The topics are starting points. We explore the participants, their work and what they should be able to apply, then shape the content, activities and format around that context.

Should executives and operational teams learn together?

It depends on the intended change. Some questions benefit from a shared conversation; others need practice by role. We consider who should participate and how the sessions connect to the team’s actual work.

Can we begin if the team is new to AI?

Tell us the team’s current experience and the work you want to develop. You do not need to choose a tool first. We consider the necessary foundations, useful experiments and organisational data constraints when shaping the learning.

What should we prepare to discuss training and fees?

Share the audience, approximate group size, intended development and preferred timing. If the topic is still unclear, start with a team situation. We then propose the format, duration and fee for consideration.

What would you like to move forward?

Share a goal, an idea or what you are working through. Let’s consider how to move it forward together.
