What can we commission SE Ocean to do?
Business strategy and planning, new initiatives, organisation and workflow design, and practical tools or systems. The work page describes the outputs and scope of each.
Do we need to know which project type to choose?
Start with an idea, goal or something you want to develop. Parit reviews it and considers the scope with you. An enquiry is not a commitment to commission work.
When will we know the fee and deliverables?
Scope, outputs, timing, fee and acceptance criteria are agreed before work starts. The four main project types are scoped individually; defined offers with published prices retain their own stated terms.
