Parit's work is to see both dimensions at once — read the person's pattern, read the system's structure, and see how the two affect each other. Then organise the clarity into something you can actually decide on and act from.
This is not therapy. This is not motivational coaching. It is diagnostic and structural advisory work that takes seriously the fact that a person carries both a life and a business — and both are accountable at the same time.
