8–10 September 2020 · Training programme graduate

Completed online training in website development and e-commerce through the second cohort of depa’s online business development programme.

Open original

I completed the second online cohort of “Website Development and E-Commerce” under the “ต่อยอดธุรกิจ พิชิตโลกออนไลน์” programme on 8–10 September 2020.

A website as a business channel

The course focused on building websites and selling online. It forms part of the digital business foundations I began developing in 2020, connecting a place to present products with the commercial purpose of a website.

depa’s report on the third cohort describes the programme’s wider aim of helping SMEs use online channels. My participation dates and cohort are those on my own Batch 2 certificate.

Websites as part of online business

Learning about website creation alongside e-commerce connects a digital space with the business it serves. A website needs to explain an offer and relate to the steps through which a customer understands it, makes a decision and gets in touch or buys.

This experience adds a website and e-commerce foundation to my learning in 2020. It places technology within questions about customer information, experience and continuing operations.

My certificate preserves the cohort and dates as a record of this stage of learning.
