Developing new initiatives
Develop an idea into a service, product or usable prototype, so the next decision is grounded in something you can see and try.
You have an idea and want to see how it could work in practice.

What you can take forward
Deliverables are agreed around the question and scope. Examples of what this work can produce.
Concept and service model
A service or product concept with explicit assumptions
Screens / prototype
An agreed website structure, user experience or working prototype
Next trial direction
A pilot plan, learning criteria and next-stage recommendations
How we work together
Define value and users
design the service or experience
build a prototype
test and decide what to develop next.
What helps us begin
An idea or opportunity, intended users, a decision owner and a team able to run a bounded pilot.
Agree the scope before we begin
Parit shapes the concept, delivery model and prototype. Specialist visual work, engineering and production need a separately assessed team.
Acceptance uses agreed prototype and pilot scenarios. A prototype is not automatically a market-ready product. Certification, sector-specific legal advice and scaled production are separate.

Tell us what you need, right here
You do not need a finished brief. Share the situation and what you hope to change. Parit will read it to discuss fit, scope and fees before any engagement.
