Practice identity

SE Ocean helps organizations judge reality before significant change begins.

SE Ocean works when an organization sees recurring friction but is not yet confident where the real cause lives. The practice creates shared organizational reality, protects organizational integrity, and helps major decisions avoid starting from the wrong assumption.

Practice principles

Credibility should come from bounded judgment, not persona.

Founder credibility matters because the work handles judgment-heavy organizational questions, but the founder is not the whole product.

Reality before intervention

Do not redesign people, teams, workflows, AI, or structures before understanding what is actually happening.

Authority aligned with responsibility

Authority, responsibility, and acceptance conditions must be explicit before change.

Capability before dependency

The work should improve internal judgment, not create unnecessary dependency on SE Ocean.
