I am interested in how people, businesses and systems work together: creating something new, developing what already exists and working through complexity. I begin by listening to what you want to do, why it matters and the constraints, then work through how to make it happen with you.
At SE Ocean, I personally frame the work, develop the direction, design and review the output. You bring your business knowledge and experience. Where specialist expertise is needed, we agree those responsibilities from the start.
