Before changing the organisation, examine what is keeping the problem in place.

For recurring problems, conflicting explanations, unclear responsibility or changes that have not worked.

When your question is

We have tried to fix this. Why does it keep happening?

The boundary of the engagement

One agreed problem or connected area of work. We define the decision the examination needs to support before widening the scope.

Timing and fee

Scope, participants, evidence access, duration, fee and the stopping point are agreed in writing before work begins. This offer has no published standard fee or duration. An enquiry is not a purchase.

What we may examine

Use evidence relevant to the actual question.

You do not need to send everything at first contact. We agree what is necessary, who should have access and where specialist input is needed.

  • 01

Recent examples of the failure, delay or decision

  • 02

Conversations with the people involved in the work

  • 03

Relevant workflow, role, approval and performance records

What happens

Parit leads the framing and reviews the conclusions.

You bring operational knowledge and decision authority. Together we keep established facts, working hypotheses and unanswered questions distinct.

  1. Agree the question, boundaries and access to evidence.
  2. Examine accounts against actual work; map dependencies and competing explanations.
  3. Review findings with Parit and decide what to test, change, leave alone or examine further.
What you receive

A usable basis for the next decision.

  • 01

A map of the problem and the dependencies that may sustain it

  • 02

Findings separated from hypotheses, with evidence gaps made explicit

  • 03

Intervention priorities, things to preserve and a practical next-action note

What this engagement does not promise

A bounded examination, not an organisation-wide audit or a guarantee that every cause can be established. Implementation is scoped separately.

What may happen next

The next step may be a small internal test, redesign, implementation, further examination, referral or stopping. There is no automatic follow-on engagement.

Start with what is unclear

You do not need a name for the problem yet.

Tell us what is happening, what you have tried and why it matters now. Parit will review the situation and consider a reasonable starting point.

No service selection needed. Contacting us is not a commitment to buy.
